• Successfully represented bank’s interests in assignment of benefit of creditors action
• Represented national bank against claims of fraud in connection with the sale of stock in a second bank
• Defended bank against multi-million dollar claims arising from losses in investment accounts

Close Corporation Litigation 

• Represented regional telecommunications company and other closely held corporations in shareholder disputes, receivership hearings, and dissolution proceedings
• Assisted in the recovery of over $40 million in assets embezzled by the CEO of company managing a large family trust

Class Action Defense

• Successfully defended home builder and related mortgage and title companies in class action arising from the construction of homes on the former site of a WWII bombing range
• Managed defense of national builder against claims involving defective Chinese drywall
• Defended national bank in class action alleging fraud
• Defended country club against claims challenging capital charges and structure
• Defended manufacturers of asbestos and Phen-fen in multi-state class actions

• Defended national home builder in Chinese drywall cases in Multi District Litigation
• Represented national manufacturer of consumer products in multiple products liability cases
