Padma Hinrichs, P.A.

Padma Hinrichs, P.A. is a boutique litigation law firm based in Palm Beach, Florida.  Padma has over sixteen years of experience as a commercial litigator and she handles a variety of complex commercial and business litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout Florida.  She has also resolved numerous legal controversies through mediation, arbitration, and administrative proceedings.

Her areas of concentration include all aspects of real estate litigation, including commercial landlord-tenant disputes, commercial bankruptcy matters, banking litigation, business torts, construction defect, products liability and class action defense.  Padma is committed to providing clients with practical and cost effective business solutions for a variety of legal matters.

Padma was born in India and was raised in the Chicago suburbs.  She attended Truman State University on a full ride scholarship and graduated with a degree in Political Science in 1995.  She then attended Indiana University Maurer School of Law in Bloomington, Indiana, from which she graduated with a JD in 1998.   Padma began her legal career as a litigator at Stites and Harbison’s headquarters in Louisville, Kentucky, where she worked as an associate from 1998 to 2002.  In 2002, Padma joined Greenberg Traurig’s commercial litigation practice group in West Palm Beach, Florida, where she became a shareholder in 2008.  In 2013, Padma left Greenberg Traurig to start her own practice.
